The Barista Fundamentals course at Merchant Coffee Roasters is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to become proficient in the art/science of coffee making. This course will cover all aspects of coffee preparation, including the basics of espresso, daily set up of the coffee machine and grinder (Dialling in), milk steaming, and maintenance of the coffee making instruments. Students will learn about the importance of quality control in coffee making to ensure the customer receives an amazing coffee every time. Most of all, we teach our students to have fun and enjoy making a beautiful coffee.

Course operating times:
Monday - Friday: After 3pm
Saturday & Sunday: After 4pm
A certificate will be provided at the end of the training session to acknowledge the skills that have been obtained during the Barista Fundamentals Course.
